Whatever your goals are, hypnosis can help you achieve them
more easily and more quickly. Many people don't realize the
awesome power that their subconscious mind has over their
lives. The causes of so many "bad habits" are rooted in
memories or perceptions that may be forgotten by the
conscious mind but retained in the subconscious. Hypnosis
helps to access the subconscious mind and affect the desired
changes more easily and more quickly.
Unfortunately, many people refuse to consider hypnotherapy because of their fears and misconceptions. They may believe the hypnotherapist
will control them, they will tell their hidden secrets, or
be made to do ridiculous things. These misconceptions might
be the result of watching old vampire movies or cartoons on
TV. These fears and misconceptions are completely unfounded.
The individual is always in control, and in fact, is more
aware of what is happening while in the hypnotic state.
Although hypnosis is not a panacea, there are many areas
where it has proven to be tremendously helpful; these
include memory enhancement, improving concentration,
relieving insomnia, eliminating nail biting, reducing
stuttering, sales and sports achievement. However the most
common reasons for visiting a hypnotist are losing weight,
quitting
smoking,
and managing stress.
The subliminal messages
on
these recordings have been designed to help you reach your
goal of: stop smoking, relaxing, improving memory, managing
weight, etc. What your conscious will hear is soothing,
relaxing music. Your subconscious (where all the changes
take place) will “hear” messages designed to help you attain
your goal . You should not try to consciously hear the
messages, your subconscious is listening and “hearing”. The
subliminal affirmations and suggestions attempt to cease
your desire to smoke. There are also words of
encouragement, well-being, and motivation
There are 4 tracks on the
CD. The best time to listen to these recordings is when you
are very relaxed. The following tracks may be played over
and over as much as you wish. Track 1 is a recording of
music and biorhythm with audible voice plus high frequency
voice recordings; these voice recordings are hidden in
the back round of the music Track 2 will allow your
subconscious to go into a very mild hypnotic, relaxing,
receptive mode, (Not to be used while driving). Track 3 does
not contain music just the voice, repeat each phrase after
you hear it. Track 4 has only the hidden subliminal
messages that you will not consciously hear, it may be
played when you sleep or with other soothing music while you
relax
You may play this CD while working or doing other things.
Track 2 should only be used while attempting the mild
hypnotic state. Tracks 1, 3 and 4 will not place you in a
hypnotic state. Use track 2 when relaxing in a recliner or
bed, then let the rest of the CD play. The key is to play
one or all of these tracks each day for one month, the more
you play the CD and the more relaxed you are while listening
the better. Desired changes will slowly start taking place.
